Administrative Component
The Administrative Component of the Nash System consists of online courses, online reference manuals and online discussion forums to build a strong administrative team. Job descriptions, responsibilities, objectives and performance evaluations are also included in this component. Manuals, job descriptions, responsibilities, objectives and performance evaluations are available in a print format. To assist the team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly objectives, a reporting system is also a part of this component. The online system of courses, manuals and forums for the administrative team are designed to train the staff and eliminate the additional expense of travel, food and lodging for the school owner, however, onsite training sessions are also available at the Nash Academy in Lexington, Kentucky.

The number of administrative employees required at the start up of the school is determined by the size of the school and the start up budget.
